BGMI Unban News is something all fans across India are waiting for. Whether it is about esports players or casual gamers, everyone is wishing for the game to come back soon.
It has been almost two months since the Indian Govt banned BGMI under the IT Act. Also, the ban has pulled brakes on BGMI esports, which is one of the most important parts of the esports scenario.
We all are hearing stories, speculations and rumours about the game’s return. But no one knows the exact situation other than Krafton and the govt.
Here are all the latest updates surfacing the unban news –
BGMI Unban News : Update
Recently news came that Krafton would set up a new India – Malaysia server and there will be no communications with the Chinese servers. The indirect communications with the Chinese servers for updates was the reason behind the ban. But this news is not true.
Moreover, the BGMI Update 2.2 may not arrive. The UC purchases are blocked, only the current game servers are working.
Krafton promised to cooperate with the govt to continue their operations in India. Moreover, some players’ gaming IDs showed the following notification –
“The player you are viewing has migrated to Battlegrounds Mobile India ”
It may be possible that Krafton launches another app which will be with new servers set up in India only.
However, if Krafton fails to launch the game, they may have to launch an app with no data transfer from BGMI. This means players may have to start from level 1 IDs, losing their all skins, Royal Pass items and UC too.
Government on Ban :
National security is a priority. And the government will never compromise with Indian gamers’ privacy and security. Ever since the govt has decided to set up a new gaming and esports ecosystem in India, there have been certain developments in the gaming industry.
The govt is also setting up a new framework, including rules and policies to support the gaming industry.
To sum up, the game launch will be delayed more. Hopefully, the BGMI Unban News for which we are waiting would pop up by this year itself.
