Free Fire Esports 2022 Roadmap: Everything You Need to Know
Like 2021, Free Fire Esports 2022 will also feature four significant championships, Free Fire India Championship Spring, Free Fire India Championship Fall, Free Fire Pro League Summer, and Free Fire Pro League Winter. However, Free Fire Esports 2022 will feature a higher total prize pool (INR 2.7 crores) than 2021 (INR 2 crores).
Free Fire India Championship: The first major championship of 2022 will be Free Fire India Championship 2022 Spring, and it will feature a prize pool of ₹1 crores.
The teams ranking from 7 to 12 will advance to closed qualifiers. Six teams from FFIC 2022 Spring and six top teams from online qualifiers will fight in the closed qualifiers.
Six finalists from FFPL Winter 2021 and 12 from closed qualifiers, a total of 12 teams, will compete in the League Stage of the Pro League. From League Stage, the top 6 teams will qualify for the grand finals of FFIC, whereas the remaining teams will have to play the play-ins. The top six teams from Play-ins will qualify to the Grand Finals, totaling 12 teams.
Free Fire Pro League: FFPL will have a prize pool of ₹35 lakh. It will consist of six FFIC finalists and six teams from open qualifiers. The top six teams will advance to the FFIC league stage, and the remaining will move to closed qualifiers.
The Free Fire Esports 2022 Roadmap has already excited all the fans. It will be exciting to see what more this event will bring. However, Garena has set FFPL 2021 to conclude on the 30th of January. After the conclusion, Garena will reveal which teams will advance to FFIC 2022 Grand Finals and which teams will have to move to closed qualifiers.
