Global Esports will represent India at the APAC Last Chance Qualifiers (LCQ) in the VCT 2021. Valorant Champions Tour is the first official tournament by Riot Games.
Global Esports won Valorant Conquerors Championship (VCC) India. They won the VCC Grand Finals against team Velocity Gaming.
Now they will head towards another global event. It is the APAC Last Chance Qualifier.
Moreover, VCT has 3 stages –
The top teams of APAC LCQ will have their slots secured at the Valorant Champions Tour 2021: Champions stage.
The Champions stage is the final global event of the Valorant Champions Tour 2021.
Global Esports planned to accommodate their roster in Singapore for the event.
However, due to COVID-19 travel restrictions in Singapore, GE will accommodate their roster in Thailand for lower ping in the APAC LCQ event.
In Thailand, the Valorant roster of Global Esports will get their own temporary bootcamp in Thailand. This will allow the Valorant roster of Global Esports to get a fair chance against all the other teams playing in the APAC LCQ.

However, the remaining 2 Slots are for Chinese teams.
Riot Games announced VCT earlier this year. But at that time they didn’t announce anything about the SEA region. Later on, they decided to include the region after observing the growing hype for the game.
In contrast, Global Esports announced that they are looking for a coach for the tournament. This is a huge opportunity to represent India at international level. GE is a strong team, and the audience anticipates their gameplay in the event.
