Wild Rift Patch 2.3: Everything You Need to Know about New Champions

Wild Rift Patch 2.3 is now available. It includes significant adjustments to runes, nerfs to some of the top lanes’ most powerful selections.

Moreover, it has a slew of champion and AD item improvements.

Wild Rift is all set to launch this year. The pre-registrations are already live on the Google Play Store. However, the game is still in the beta testing phase.

Wild Rift Updates:

The introduction of two new champions, as well as the Broken Blades event, are among the highlights of this release. Completing quests throughout this event will let players receive Riven and Irrelia, two newbies to the Wild Rift.

New champions came in the Patch 2.2 also. There will be following changes with the Wild rift patch 2.3 –

Garen and Darius, as well as Gragas, Ziggs, and Diana, have been nerfed in patch 2.3. In addition, some of the Wild Rift’s newer champions, like Kha’Zix, Pantheon, Rakan, Renekton, and certain older champions, are getting boosts.

Wild Rift New Champions:

Riot brings the following new champions –

In the Broken Blades event, players can earn Irelia – the Blade Dancer and Riven. Her inclusion to Wild Rift will undoubtedly alter the top lane forever.

This new champion will provide more counter picking opportunities and a wider choice of matchups during the ranked season.

The most significant change to Irelia’s kit since League of Legends is how her Bladesurge ability works.

In Wild Rift, tapping the ability prioritises champions, while aiming the ability prioritises marks and targets with low health.

Riven – the Exile provides gamers another excellent option to spice up the top lane.

She is a champion from League of Legends. She is nearly identical, with a few minor adjustments.

Wild Rift Champion Changes:

1. Akali –

Akali’s health points have decreased but Five-Point Strike damage has increased.

2. Twilight Shroud –

He increases total energy by 80 when active.

Moreover there are slight changes to Blitzcrank, Camile, Darius, Diana, Fizz and others.

New Skins:

  • Arcade Kai’Sa
  • Arcade Sona
  • Battle Boss Ziggs
  • Order of the Lotus Irelia
  • Arcade Riven

The Broken Blades Event is live now. Players can earn rewards by completing challenges. In contrast, they can redeem Riven or Irelia for free.

The game is available in some regions for beta testing. Riot is yet to announce the release date of the game. We can expect the game to launch in the third or fourth quarter of this year.
