It’s unfortunate that the Skyesports Masters 2024 Main Event LAN had to be canceled due to the upcoming Indian General Elections, causing challenges in obtaining necessary approvals. However, Skyesports is committed to ensuring a seamless transition to an online format for the main event, scheduled from 8th to 14th April 2024.

To address potential ping issues for Indian teams in the online format, Skyesports plans to facilitate the travel and setup of the Indian Qualifier champion to Serbia, ensuring fair competition.

However, the event faced another setback as Team Liquid announced its withdrawal due to the constantly changing Counter-Strike schedule. This withdrawal raises questions about which team will replace Team Liquid in the tournament lineup.

Despite these challenges, the Skyesports Masters 2024 Playoffs will proceed in a double-elimination bracket format, featuring Best of 3 (Bo3) matches in the playoffs and Best of 5 (Bo5) matches in the Grand Finals. Fans can still anticipate thrilling Counter-Strike 2 action, albeit in an online setting.
